Webinar: Evidence-Based Foundations of Gender and Sexual Diversity in the Fire Service

This session will help you better understand and support the broad spectrum of sexual orientations and gender identities. Throughout the session, presenters Laurie VandeSchoot and Dr. Christopher Kaipust will introduce current research highlighting the health impacts of various workplace experiences on LGBTQ+ identified people in the fire service. Through real world examples and participant engagement, they’ll present actions for change that will enable you to build a healthier, more inclusive, and mission-focused organization. This is the second webinar in a three-part series.
