My name is Ryan Daughton. I am currently 36 years old and have been involved in the Fire Service since I was 16 years old. I originally grew up in the State of New York in Wappingers Falls/Poughkeepsie area and relocated to New Jersey to further pursue my educational opportunities. I am currently the Asst. Chief of the East Franklin Fire Department in Somerset, NJ and enjoy each and everyday I get to spend with my Volunteer Fire Department. My full time career is in Law Enforcement, wherein I am employed with the City of New Brunswick Police Department.
I am a huge sports fan, more specifically NY Rangers, NY Giants, NY Yankees, and Brooklyn Nets and also love college sports, more specifically Rutgers Football and Gonzaga Basketball. I enjoy working out and taking road trips to new places, just to see everything life has to offer.
I am a father to my 9-year old son Caiden and love watching him grow up everyday I can.
One of my favorite quotes is the following "Never stop training, because you can never learn enough. The day you think you know everything, you truly know nothing. Train as if your life depends on it, because it does. Always stay humble and kind."
