Fire Prevention Week is October 4 – 10, 2026. This year’s theme – “Charge Into Fire Safety ™. Safe Charging is a Superpower” – focuses on the everyday charging habits that can help reduce the risk of lithium-ion battery fires and keep homes and communities safer. This one-hour NVFC Roundtable Talk will bring subject matter experts together to share best-practices on ways fire and emergency service departments can engage citizens to practice safety when they plug in and power up.
